Job description

Reporting to the industrial site, you will manage the development and modernization of industrial facilities. You will ensure economic control of operations, management of subcontractors, and strict application of the safety policy.

Responsibilities

This position, based in SASSENAGE, is for an 8-month mission.

The gross annual salary is negotiable based on your experience.

Candidate profile

With a Bac +5 degree (Engineering degree or specialized Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management), you have at least 3 years of experience in managing industrial infrastructure projects or in the project management of complex construction sites.

• Management and execution of infrastructure projects: manage projects from the scoping phase to the acceptance of works.
• Project economics and budget monitoring: establish cost estimates, manage the overall budget, and produce monthly progress reports (costs, deadlines, remaining work).
• Planning and deliverable management: build and monitor the work execution schedule, arbitrate priorities, and secure the critical path.
• Site subcontractor management: coordinate, monitor, and control the services of external companies and subcontractors.
• Safety and risk prevention: ensure strict application of the HSE policy on construction sites (prevention plans, hot work permits, risk analysis, site audits).
• Proficiency in M31 and construction project management, construction site planning, and financial engineering of works.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations for work on operational sites, subcontractor management, and HSE management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), budget monitoring tools, and Excel.
• Rigor, responsiveness, and field presence.
• Strong safety culture.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to lead and coordinate teams and external partners.
