The Data Solution Department wishes to strengthen its team with the arrival of a Data IS Pilot (m/f) to manage projects in the P&C insurance (Property and Casualty) domain as a priority.

• Ensure the management or coordination of cross-functional projects in compliance with objectives regarding Quality / Cost / Deadlines.
• Ensure the performance of deployed solutions, their compliance with company guidelines and the needs of sponsors / users.
• Ensure the deployment of projects and solutions, the implementation of changes, and contribute to their adoption by the various stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and monitor the planning of Data projects.
• Contribute to the continuous efficiency of tools / methods / processes / organizations, and their adaptation to the company's strategy and evolution.
• Contribute to the optimization and dissemination of best practices in project management.
• Contribute to the processing of escalations and all associated committee meetings.
• Facilitation of project teams in a multi-project environment
• Formalization of Data project plans and management / monitoring of their progress
• Planning in ITBM
• Monitoring of consumption and remaining work
• Coordination of IT development stakeholders
• Preparation and presentation in project governance bodies
• Project reporting and alerts
• Experience in project management
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in the Data field (particularly in business intelligence systems and big data)
