Based in Reims, **** is an IT consulting and engineering company specializing in cybersecurity. We support public and private organizations with digital security issues, application modernization, Cloud transformation, systems/networks, and operational resilience.

As part of a project for one of our major clients, we are looking for an Ivanti Deployment Project Manager H/F.

Mission Context

As part of a strategic mobile usage transformation program, our client is launching a progressive deployment project for a tablet fleet over a 4-year period.

The chosen MDM solution is Ivanti Core (on-premise). The project covers all functional, organizational, and technical aspects for integrating mobile devices into the company's environment.

The year 2026 will be dedicated to the project scoping phase and the execution of a Proof of Concept (PoC) to validate technical and organizational directions before the large-scale deployment launch.

The choice of tablet manufacturer and model is yet to be defined within the scope of the scoping and PoC.

• Develop the project scoping document
• Organize and lead requirements gathering workshops.
• Prepare and lead project committees and steering committees.
• Produce monthly reports and dashboards.
• Ensure coordination between business, technical, network, security, and purchasing teams.
• Define the target configuration of the Ivanti Core platform.
• Design configuration profiles and security policies.
• Define enrollment strategies.
• Lead certificate management.
• Define authorized applications and sites.
• Produce agnostic documentation to facilitate a potential future migration to another MDM solution.
• Address network access issues.
• Coordinate enterprise Wi-Fi and mobile connectivity (5G) topics.
• Participate in defining VPN architectures and security requirements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
• Define the user support model.
• Formalize incident, failure, breakage, and replacement management processes.
• Define the roles and responsibilities of support teams.
• Organize and coordinate the PoC.
• Ensure operational monitoring and reporting.
• Produce the final report.
• Formulate recommendations for decision-making.
• Build the multi-year deployment plan based on the results obtained.
• Participate in analyzing terminal acquisition methods.
• Work with Purchasing and Contracts teams.
• Contribute to drafting the technical elements necessary for a potential tender.
• Proven experience in managing mobile fleet deployment projects.
• Operational mastery of Ivanti Core (on-premise):
• Successful experience on at least one significant project deploying tablets or mobile devices.
• Ability to lead a scoping phase in a context where structuring decisions are yet to be made.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise network environments (Wi-Fi, VPN, 5G).
• Sensitivity to cybersecurity issues.
• Experience in complex and multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of purchasing and contract processes.
• Master's degree (Engineering school, Master's in IT, Telecoms, Networks, or Information Systems)
• Significant experience with Ivanti Core (on-premise)
• Ability to manage complex projects
