Position based in Montauban with 1 to 2 trips per month to Toulouse. 1 day remote work.

• Lead industrial projects with high added value for a major client in the aeronautics sector.
• Ensure overall project management: planning, risks, coordination of stakeholders, and tracking of deliverables.
• Collect, formalize, and manage technical and regulatory requirements for the program.
• Guarantee application and compliance with the requirements of the DO-254 DAL-C standard.
• Supervise the development and certification activities of electronic equipment.
• Support the skills development of teams in interpreting and implementing the DO-254 standard.
• Coordinate technical exchanges with experts from the SPHEREA-AVERNA group's Chief Technical Office.
• Ensure interface with clients and internal stakeholders, in both French and English
• 8 years of experience in an industrial and aeronautics environment.
• Background with a solid initial technical foundation, complemented by a progression towards project management responsibilities.
• Proven experience in managing complex V-cycle projects.
• Desired mastery of the DO-254 standard and associated certification processes.
• Management and tracking of requirements throughout the development cycle.
• Validation and qualification of electronic equipment.
• Management of verification and validation activities.
• Project risk management.
• High autonomy on regulatory, compliance, and validation topics.
• Mastery of development environments subject to aeronautical regulatory constraints.
