- Expansion of substations (>110 kV)
- Experience as a project manager, construction manager, or sub-project manager in the energy sector
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of medium-sized structures
- Experience in the expansion of substations (>110 kV)
- Knowledge of grid connection projects
- Experience in battery storage projects
- Experience in energy and utility infrastructure
