Description of the assignment/assistance

The main purpose of Logistics Support for Emergency Departments is to assess the suitability of eCare as logistics support for the emergency departments in Helse Vest. Given this, it may potentially lead to the introduction of the application, in close collaboration with the health trusts in Helse Vest.

The project will work closely with both external suppliers, resources in Helse Vest IKT, and the clinical environment around the emergency departments.

The role has been filled by an internal resource until now, but due to capacity constraints, a mini-competition is now being conducted.

Responsibilities

Competence/experience:

· Relevant senior experience as a project manager. Preferably relevant experience from the specialist health service

· Relevant experience from implementation projects with high complexity and value chains across system and business areas

· Knowledge of work processes and systems in emergency departments is an advantage.

· Experience in using agile methodologies

· Experience with coordination and collaboration across projects and professional environments

· Good oral and written communication skills, experience in following up and managing stakeholders, and the ability to motivate

Personal qualities:

· Ability to create good dialogue with technical, administrative, and healthcare professionals

· Good collaboration skills, structured and systematic way of working

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with functional processes and issues

· Thrives with parallel activities, new challenges, and hectic workdays

Fluent Norwegian and English written and spoken
