Scrum Master | AI-Driven Agile / BMAD Method

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join an international technology project focused on modern Agile practices and AI-driven process optimization.

The project aims to improve software delivery through AI-supported workflows that help streamline sprint planning, backlog management, task estimation, and team collaboration. AI-generated recommendations support the team's daily work, while human review and decision-making remain essential.

We are looking for someone who combines strong Scrum and Agile expertise with practical experience using the BMAD Method or working within BMAD-based processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve Agile processes.
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted workflows within the development team.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task estimation supported by AI.
• Review and validate AI-generated estimates, recommendations, and planning outputs.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective sprint execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through process automation.
• Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability across the team.
• Ensure that AI-supported processes align with team goals and delivery expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Hands-on experience with the BMAD Method (Breakthrough Method for Agile AI-Driven Development) or practical involvement in BMAD-based workflows.
• Understanding of AI-driven automation in Agile processes, particularly sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task estimation.
• Experience working with AI-assisted workflows and reviewing automated outputs.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to support development teams working with modern AI-assisted delivery practices.

Important

This role is focused on Agile delivery and team facilitation, not AI development. We are not looking for someone to build automation solutions from scratch.

The key requirement is practical experience with BMAD or BMAD-based processes and an understanding of how AI can support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and estimation.

The Scrum Master will help the team use AI-generated recommendations effectively, ensuring that outputs are reviewed and approved by the team rather than accepted automatically.

• Experience with AI agents or agent-based workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted backlog management, user story generation, or automated estimation.
• Experience introducing or improving AI-supported Agile practices within development teams.
