Ever"T — Innovative, AI-native, hyper-growth tech consulting firm — is looking for a Technical-Functional MCO Project Manager / Delivery Lead.

The Context

We are supporting a leading player whose business relies on real-time operations, where service continuity is vital. Within its Digital Factory, a team designs and maintains the applications used by a unit that coordinates real-time operations: incident management, alert dissemination, on-call duties, team scheduling.

These applications are critical: service continuity comes first. They will be replaced in the medium term, and in parallel, the team is launching an AI-assisted automated testing pilot. A Project with two hats, at the crossroads of operational management and innovation.

Your Mission — Two Hats

You will be the main point of contact for business stakeholders and providers within your scope, you will lead follow-up meetings, and report to the domain manager.

• Lead MCO and the evolution of three applications in production
• Monitor application performance and coordinate incident resolution with business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams.
• Lead or challenge investigations: anomaly analysis, SQL queries, scripts, log reading.
• Prepare and secure production releases: prerequisites, checks, rollback plans.
• Manage two TMA (Third-Party Maintenance) providers: needs, workload, deadlines, delivery control.
• Qualify and prioritize the backlog in Jira, and maintain documentation.
• Lead an AI-assisted test automation pilot
• Frame the experiment: objectives, scope, planning, success criteria.
• Assess current testing practices and prioritize journeys for automation.
• Lead functional, non-regression, and API test campaigns, and analyze failures and false positives.
• Measure results (coverage, stability, workload gains, costs) and prepare the decision for generalization.
• Support teams in adopting new practices.
