Senior Project Manager Hands-on

Project overview

• Independent planning, control, and implementation of the overall project until the end of 2027
• Technical and methodological coordination of the internal, cross-functional project team
• Conducting a gap analysis for EN 9100 and the relevant AQAP requirements
• Redesign and harmonization of the process landscape with around 60 company processes
• Establishment of a structured process house with management, core, and support processes
• Active operational involvement in process recording, optimization, modeling, and documentation
• Integration of standard requirements into company processes
• Ensuring the practical implementation and sustainable application of processes
• Project controlling, milestone tracking, and regular reporting to the Steering Committee

• Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, or Interim Manager in the defense/aerospace industry
• Sound practical experience with EN 9100 and AQAP
• Demonstrable experience in the redesign and implementation of extensive process landscapes
• Very good knowledge of process management, process modeling, and process documentation
• Experience in managing cross-functional project teams
