Project overview

Context

A major banking group launched in 2025 a major program for the evolution of technical infrastructures across all branches and campuses of its networks. This program aims to address the obsolescence issues of Wifi and Lan infrastructures in production, improve the operational capabilities of these networks, and increase the security level of the branches.

In this context, a deployment project has been launched with several partners:

The objective of this project is to replace approximately 22,000 pieces of equipment in 6400 network sites over a period of 24 months. The 6400 sites are mainly spread across the group's 29 retail establishments. These can be branches, standalone ATMs (outside branches), campuses, back-office sites, etc. The deployment project includes 20 lots: approximately 320 sites per lot.

• Distributor: ORANGE BUSINESS
• FSP (Field Service Provider): CIRCET and TIBCO
• Lead one or more lots by coordinating all partners (distributor and FSP)
• Ensure information, monitoring, and reporting to all project teams
• LAN/WAN network infrastructure environments in a large enterprise banking context
• Telecom technical solutions: LAN, SD WAN, 5G, FTTH, FTTO
• Management and monitoring of partner relationships
• Lead the deployment of the network infrastructure
