Project overview

Context

Within the P&C Insurance Platform of a major company in the banking and financial sector, and more specifically within the "Partner Management Centers and Third-Party IT" Domain, you will join the "Partners and Third-Party IT" team.

This team is responsible for managing RUN activities (corrective and evolutionary maintenance) and managing a portfolio of projects related to P&C and Health production applications (for Back and Middle Office users).

Missions

As an experienced Project Manager, you will work autonomously with the functional manager on several IT projects in the P&C and Health insurance domain.

Your main missions are:

Functional & Technical Environment

Methods & Tools

• Work in close collaboration with all stakeholders (internal, external)
• Study and analyze the needs expressed by our various business lines (backlog)
• Contribute to the development/design of solutions with tech leads and developers
• Take charge of writing functional specifications, test plans, etc.
• Participate in the testing strategy and the definition of test scenarios
• Ensure the execution of functional tests and assist the project testing team
• Manage and coordinate the work of various contributors: distributors, producers, business lines, experts...
• Organize and lead Steering Committees, workshops, committees, etc.
• Ensure the writing of meeting minutes, committee reports, workshop summaries, presentation materials, etc.
• Build documentation
