Project Manager Power BI

Project overview

We are looking for a Power BI Project Manager for a 3-month renewable mission in Paris.

As part of a transverse Group approach, the Transverse Data SI Pilot wishes to have a consolidated view of all Power BI use cases supported by the business units.

The objective is to organize the inventory of needs, centralize business inputs, structure a shared request portfolio, and implement monitoring to ensure the long-term management of this activity.

To carry out this work, the client is looking for a consultant with a focus on organization, coordination, and management, capable of supporting the Transverse Data SI Pilot in animating the process and mobilizing the various business and IT stakeholders. Experience with Power BI deployment projects is recommended.

• Assist the Transverse Data SI Pilot in the operational management of the process.
• Organize and coordinate the inventory of use cases.
• Prepare and lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Collect, formalize, and consolidate expressed needs.
• Help to estimate all these needs.
• Structure and maintain the Power BI request portfolio.
• Ensure the follow-up of actions, deadlines, and contributions from stakeholders.
• Produce progress indicators and management reports.
• Prepare materials for governance bodies and monitoring committees.
• Identify points of concern and propose necessary risk mitigation actions.
