• Several years of experience in the overall management of complex SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Demonstrable project experience in the SAP S/4HANA transformation environment, especially with SDT
• Sound experience in migration management as well as in the planning and execution of SAP data migrations
• Practical experience in cutover management and go-live transitions
• Experience in evaluating and selecting migration tools
• Leadership experience in managing internal client teams as well as external consulting and service provider teams
• Cross-functional understanding of SAP modules MM, FI, CO, RE-FX and Business Partner/CVI; knowledge of PS and PM is an advantage
• Understanding of the interrelationships between business departments, migration, test management, SAP Basis and development
• Experience in risk and escalation management
• Strong communication, moderation, and decision-making skills
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

• Overall planning, steering, and coordination of the SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Leadership and coordination of internal and external project teams as well as support for sub-project managers
• Monitoring of project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
• Early identification of delays and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
• Management of migration, including creation and control of the migration plan
• Coordination and monitoring of data migration as well as alignment of migration runs
• Evaluation and support in selecting the appropriate migration tool (likely SAP BTC)
• Management of cutover, including development of the cutover strategy and creation of the integrated cutover plan
• Coordination of all go-live-relevant activities as well as support of the hypercare phase
• Management of escalations and transparent communication with the client
