Assignment description

The Ketentwikkeling (Chain Development) department within Supply Chain focuses on improving and future-proofing the entire logistics chain. From planning (S&OP) and procurement to inbound, storage, outbound, and delivery: we identify bottlenecks, seize opportunities, and develop solutions that improve chain performance. We work data-driven and focus on standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement. We ensure clear alignment of our project portfolio with strategic goals and ensure that changes are well integrated into the organization.

In this way, we contribute to a reliable, efficient, and scalable supply chain that helps Enexis realize the energy transition.

As a project manager within our team, you will handle two concrete projects. The first involves managing the transition from SAP R3 to SAP S4. In various phases, our production sites will migrate to SAP S4. You will manage the various chain tests and preparations upfront and ensure that the impact on our logistics chain is minimal during the migration. You will have close contact with our IT team, the logistics operation, and other stakeholders within our organization.

The second project involves an exploration into the possible implementation of a source-to-pay system for procurement and contract management. You will map out the impact of an S2P platform, the benefits, costs, and risks involved, and facilitate careful decision-making on this in the Supply Chain MT and in relevant steering committees.

NB: flexibility regarding projects is expected; the portfolio and urgency may change over time.

Enexis is looking for a (senior) project manager who can decisively bring multiple Supply Chain projects to a successful result. You combine a hands-on mentality with overview and managerial sensitivity. You can easily switch between people at the operational level and director level. You bring structure, manage progress, risks, and results sharply, and report clearly to the key stakeholders.

• A completed HBO or WO education (preferably Business Administration or equivalent)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager/project leader
• Extensive and demonstrable experience within logistics/supply chain processes, particularly with SAP. Experience with migration from R3 to S4 is a big plus.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder management, from the shop floor to management and internal customers.
