Project Manager Tender Process Website Youth

Project overview

As project manager, you will guide the entire tender process for a new website for young people aged approximately 16 to 27. The goal is a user-friendly, accessible, and target-group-oriented website that meets the needs of young people and supports the network of schools, youth workers, social partners, and care institutions.

You are responsible from the preparation phase up to and including the award and the handover to the realization phase. You will work closely with the Communication, Youth/Participation, Procurement, and ICT departments. You will also maintain contact with potential market parties and advisors.

You will introduce yourself with a short personal motivation and explain why you are suitable for this assignment. The motivation must be written by yourself.

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the last 5 years in the role of project manager in tender processes for websites or digital applications.
• Demonstrable work experience in the last 5 years with tender procedures and tender law.
• Demonstrable work experience in the last 5 years with target groups focused on young people aged 16 to 27.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the last 7 years at a municipality or government institution as a project manager for a tender process or comparable project for a website or digital service.
• The candidate will add a personal motivation, addressing suitability for the assignment, relevant work experience, and motivation for this assignment. The motivation must be written by the candidate.
• Demonstrable work experience with formulating functional requirements for websites aimed at young people, including user research, personas, accessibility requirements, and content strategy.
• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level.
