Our client in the Banking and Finance sector is looking for an IT Project Manager (m/f/d).

Mission Description:

Within our client

Within the Manufacturing Engineering, Support, and Tools tribe, you will join the OCS squad. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between user needs and collaborative solutions or activity management tools, such as PPM SciForma, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Klaxoon, and Hopex.

These tools are used by employees of the IT department, certain business teams, and several CAGIP stakeholders, representing approximately 2,000 users.

The OCS squad's purpose is to provide support and assistance to the LCL IT Department teams on internal tools and the enterprise repository.

Since the implementation of the Agile organization, Jira has become the reference tool for tracking the activity of IT department squads and managing their backlogs in product mode.

Responsibilities

You will interact with numerous stakeholders, including:

Essential Skills / Qualities:

Facilitating committees, Requirements gathering, Value analysis, Confluence, Jira

• Participate in the redesign and modernization of the project portfolio management tool, PPM/SPM type;
• Manage tool evolutions, gather and analyze needs, and propose value-added improvements;
• Make new functionalities available;
• Ensure the operational maintenance and sustainability of the tools;
• Provide support and assistance to users;
• Organize and deliver tutorials or training sessions;
• Contribute to the harmonization of usage;
• Promote scaled Agile adoption.
• IT department employees;
• Product Owners and IT Business Analysts for the tools;
• Agile coaches;
• Publishers and integrators;
• Teams from the Crédit Agricole group.
