Required Knowledge

On-site in Frankfurt am Main 1-2 times per month

• Technical control and support of functional and technical project management in operational project implementation
• Conceptual and operational control of central tasks in project management, risk and stakeholder management, as well as project controlling and reporting
• Creation, quality assurance, and preparation of decision-relevant management and control documents tailored to the audience
• Development and implementation of a holistic communication concept as well as independent management of internal project communication
• Strategic planning, conception, and execution of project events and project-related exchange formats
• Content-related conception, preparation, and support of project and committee meetings, including the preparation of decision requirements and recommendations for action
• Conception, control, and moderation of meetings and workshops with different stakeholder groups, as well as ensuring follow-up of results and measures
• Cross-functional coordination and proactive alignment with program management to ensure consistent target images, priorities, and dependencies
• At least 7 years of professional experience with Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps, proven by at least one project reference
• Experience in the parallel or cross-functional management of at least two project teams, proven by at least one project reference
