• Planning, coordination, and control of demanding projects in the field of energy technology, particularly energy systems, grid infrastructure, and renewable energies
• Creation and development of technical concepts, project plans, and cost and profitability calculations
• Technical and organizational coordination of internal and external project participants
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with project deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
• Conducting risk analyses and developing and implementing suitable optimization measures
• Support in the technical planning and implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient building technology
• Ensuring compliance with relevant technical standards, regulations, and contractual requirements
• Creation and maintenance of project documentation and regular reporting on project progress
• Completed degree in energy technology, building services engineering, electrical engineering, supply engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and controlling technical projects
• Sound knowledge of project management, ideally in the field of energy technology or technical building equipment (TGA)
• Knowledge of relevant technical standards, regulations, and the award and contract regulations for construction services (VOB)
• Confident use of common planning and project management tools
• Experience in creating technical concepts, project plans, and calculations
• Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Experience in projects with renewable energies, energy systems, or grid infrastructure
• Knowledge in the field of sustainable and energy-efficient building technology
• Experience in collaborating with various technical trades and external service providers
• Knowledge in risk analysis, cost control, and optimization of technical project processes
