- Critically analyze specifications.
- Conduct the make or buy questioning.
- Identify and select suppliers in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate the supply of prototypes, pre-series, and initial series.
- Coordinate PPAP phases, with weekly updates in partnership with the industrial players responsible for product integration.
- Make decisions regarding costs, quality, and deadlines.
- Conduct actions related to transverse purchases.
- Monitor and anticipate component obsolescence.
- Deploy the group's Target Purchasing Policies.
- Assess geopolitical and oligopolistic risks to ensure supply chain resilience for components.
- Ensure technological watch and supplier sourcing.
