Project Tender: Genesys Cloud Consultant / Solution Architect

For a client project in the healthcare sector, we are currently looking for two experienced Genesys Cloud Consultants / Solution Architects to design and, in the future, implement a modern contact center solution.

Responsibilities

Recording, analyzing, and structuring functional and technical requirements from service, business, and IT departments

Developing technical and functional solution concepts based on Genesys Cloud

Conceiving and configuring contact center processes, routing strategies, queues, skills, IVR, digital communication channels, and workflows

Planning and implementing the integration of Genesys Cloud into existing system landscapes, especially CRM, patient service, identity, and workforce management systems

Creating and documenting technical concepts, interface architectures, and configurations

Accompanying tests, acceptances, and the subsequent migration and rollout

Supporting the handover to operations and support

Conducting and moderating workshops with business departments and technical stakeholders

Documenting decisions and regular reporting to project management and stakeholders

Requirements

Sound practical experience with Genesys Cloud, ideally from implementation and integration projects

Very good knowledge of modern contact center processes and their technical implementation

Experience in the conception and configuration of routing, queues, skills, IVR, and digital communication channels

Good knowledge of integrating third-party systems via APIs and web services, especially REST and JSON

Knowledge in the area of authentication, interface architectures, and system integration

Experience in recording and translating business requirements into technical solution concepts

Structured, independent way of working, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience in creating technical documentation and coordinating with business departments and IT teams

Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills for technical documentation and coordination

Project Specifics

The initial focus is on the conception phase. The goal is to develop a viable Genesys Cloud solution, including the necessary processes, integrations, and technical architecture.

Subsequent further commissioning for the implementation and rollout phase is expressly intended.
