- Coordination and management of technical conversion, maintenance, and repair projects
- Tracking of deadlines, costs, and resources for ongoing projects
- Coordination between technical departments, engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and other specialist areas
- Maintenance of project-related documentation and records
- Creation of status reports and follow-up of open points
- Support in the planning and implementation of aircraft modifications and custom productions
- Ensuring transparent communication among all project stakeholders
- Experience as a project coordinator, project manager, or in a comparable role in the aviation environment
- Knowledge in the areas of Business Aviation, Aircraft Modifications, MRO, or maintenance
- Experience with regulated aviation processes
- Very good interface management skills
- Good ERP and MS Office skills
- Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI/PMP, PRINCE2) absolutely required
