Project Manager Energy Supply & Cable Laying

Project overview

We are looking for a Project Manager/Engineer Energy Supply & Cable Construction (m/f/d) for our energy client

Responsibilities

Planning and engineering of medium and low voltage power grids (cable laying, grid connections, dismantling and conversion measures)

Skills:

• Development of technical concepts for grid expansion and energy distribution projects (electricity)
• Route planning and design of cable systems, considering technical and economic framework conditions
• Coordination with municipalities, authorities, clients, and internal specialist departments during project planning
• Creation of planning documents and preparation for execution (e.g., permits, specifications)
• Coordination and technical support of implementation partners during the realization phase
• Support with material procurement and project billing
• Construction projects are in the Cologne/Euskirchen/Bergheim/Düren area
• Basic electrical engineering knowledge in the field of energy technology/energy supply (electrical engineering training/studies or possibly civil engineering/road construction also possible)
• Civil engineering knowledge (e.g., experience as construction manager for civil engineering projects)
• Laying and installation of energy cables
• Fluent communication skills with municipalities, clients, and other authorities
• Experience in planning power grids
• Candidate must be fluent in German
• Candidate requires a driver's license (car)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
