Job description
Consultant(s) are sought for the design of noise barriers for Aspnässkolan on behalf of Järfälla municipality. The assignment involves project planning and requires specific documentation as outlined in the attachments.

For our client Järfälla municipality, we are looking for consultant(s) for the above-mentioned assignment.

Interview:
The consultant/supplier may be called for an interview to verify qualification requirements if needed.
Contract Terms:
The terms for the assignment will be based on Ework's framework agreement with the client, which applies ABK 09 with certain deviations. Please refer to the terms in the attachment "Example Contract STIC".
We do not accept offers that refer to terms other than those described in "Example Contract STIC".

To submit an application for the assignment, please apply via Ework's Verama Portal with the requested documents (these are described in the attached "Order Form"). Please note that we will not accept additions to already submitted bids after the bidding period has expired. In cases where a competence matrix is attached, it must be filled in by the bidder for the bid to be complete (NOTE: 1 competence matrix per company).
Please note that this is a call-off from an already procured framework agreement for consulting services (between Ework and the client), which means the procedure for call-offs and evaluation/feedback differs from a traditional consultant procurement. All companies can apply and be awarded if they best meet the requirements of the current call-off.
Please note that the following grounds may result in immediate rejection of the bid:
-Incomplete bid, meaning documents or required descriptions are missing.
-Mandatory requirements not met.
-Information regarding mandatory requirements is not clearly stated in the bid in the designated place.
-Offer deviates from the terms in "Example Contract STIC".
