The scope concerns the reversibility study of an auxiliary accounting service that is currently outsourced.

We are looking for an experienced PMO for a long-term mission at our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, to strengthen the project team of a strategic program for transforming the operational model of an investment department. The scope concerns the reversibility study of an auxiliary accounting service that is currently outsourced. The subject is cross-functional: operations, IT, organization, HR, risks and compliance, legal. You will support a team of business and IT managers and secure the scoping and implementation.

Profile sought
You have proven experience as a PMO on organizational and multidisciplinary projects. Knowledge of asset management, ideally insurance-related, is highly recommended. You are proficient in project management, workshop facilitation, governance reporting, and a tool like Clarity. You quickly grasp new subjects and know how to be hands-on. Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable with high-level stakeholders, you have strong synthesis and communication skills.

- Update the task backlog, monitor it, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Plan, lead, or facilitate workshops, then write the minutes.
- Represent the project team in meetings if necessary and report on them.
- Prepare and coordinate support for steering committees (CoPil, CoProj).
- Take notes and write governance meeting minutes.
- Track and update progress in the Clarity project management tool.
- Escalate alerts and get involved operationally on certain topics.
- Depending on progress, assist the project manager in launching and managing other projects within the program.
