In this role, you will coordinate development projects in an international environment and work with global project teams as well as external major clients. In addition to classic project management, various industrial manufacturing processes and the support of pre-series production play an important role.

• We at HAYS are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client for technical development projects in the field of small electrical appliances.
• Start: earliest 01/01/2027, at the latest during Q1 2027

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of technical development projects
• Coordination and leadership of globally positioned project teams
• Creation and maintenance of project structure plans
• Execution of Project Controlling and Project Coordination
• Tracking of tasks and deadlines
• Application of hybrid and agile project management methods
• Execution of Project Risk and Change Management
• Conflict management and application of structured problem-solving techniques
• Coordination and collaboration with external major clients
• Support of pre-series production and, if necessary, travel to international production sites

Requirements

My advantages:

• Basic technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering
• Experience in the implementation of technical development projects and in collaborating with and leading global project teams
• Experience in collaborating with external major clients
• Basic knowledge of common manufacturing processes for small electrical appliances
• Knowledge of, for example, injection molding, stamping, grinding, PCBA manufacturing, assembly, and mechanical manufacturing
• Basic knowledge in the area of injection molding and stamping tools
• Experience in using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of relevant project management methods
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness for occasional international travel possible
• German and English language skills
