Project Manager for Customer Product Projects

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently lead and coordinate end-customer projects. You will be the central point of contact for our customers throughout the entire project duration and will contribute significantly to the success of our projects.

Your responsibilities include building and maintaining professional customer relationships with transparent communication. You will regularly coordinate with the departments of production, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and logistics to obtain current status information. Monitoring project deadlines, milestones, and delivery dates is your responsibility.

You will create and maintain project plans, schedule overviews, and status reports. You will ensure optimal coordination through regular coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. You will proactively identify project risks and schedule deviations and escalate critical issues promptly. Following up on open points and ensuring their timely processing by the involved departments are also part of your tasks.

You will organize and moderate project meetings, progress reviews, and customer reviews. You will support the coordination of change requests and comprehensibly document all relevant project information. Finally, you will ensure the timely handover of the product to the customer.

We expect at least 5-10 years of experience in project management as well as experience in customer support. Experience in the energy or network industry is ideal, but industrial experience is sufficient. You should have strong communication skills, organizational talent, and confidence in dealing with stakeholders.
