- Support of all project phases, from feasibility study and concept development to basic and detail engineering
- Creation and review of technical tender documents and participation in the awarding of planning and construction services
- Control and coordination of all project participants, from planners and manufacturers to executing companies and clients
- Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality, as well as regular project reporting
- Monitoring of construction and assembly work on-site, as well as support of tests, commissioning, and acceptance
- Ensuring compliance with standards, safety, environmental, and quality specifications until handover to plant operation
