Project Engineer Building Services (m/f/d) – HVAC

Responsibilities

Must-haves:

• Independent management and execution of building services projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and cooling (HVAC)
• Technical and commercial project management, considering costs, deadlines, and quality
• Coordination of internal project teams, suppliers, and external project participants
• Technical leadership and guidance of site managers and foremen
• Creation and monitoring of project budgets as well as management of change orders
• Coordination with clients, architects, and specialist planners
• Conducting site meetings and documenting project progress
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines
• Completed degree in building services or building technology, alternatively a technician or master craftsman qualification with corresponding professional experience
• Several years of experience in project management in the field of technical building equipment (TGA)
• Sound technical knowledge in at least one HVAC trade
• Demonstrable experience in the execution of large-scale projects
• Experience in economic project management, especially cost control, budget monitoring, and contribution margin management
• Confident and professional demeanor towards clients and project partners
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
