Responsibilities

• Ensuring high-quality process implementation as a central interface between business units and service providers
• including regular target-actual comparisons and management of the continuous improvement process
• Capturing and reviewing business requirements, deriving concrete tasks, and evaluating and coordinating service provider offers
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement, as well as the functional design and support of digitalization and change projects
• Planning and conducting workshops for the analysis and optimization of end-to-end process flows
• Modeling and clear visualization of processes, as well as ongoing maintenance of the process map as a central documentation basis
• Drafting and updating business instructions, ensuring regulatory compliance, for example from EnWG, GDPR, and unbundling

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, engineering, energy management, or computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in process or requirements management, preferably within the energy industry
• Confident use of process modeling tools and SAP
• Experience in writing specifications and basic project management skills
• Analytical strength and the ability to translate complex interrelationships into viable concepts in a structured manner
• Communication skills and the ability to bring together different interests
• Initiative, team spirit, and persuasiveness in implementing changes
