We are seeking a strategically strong PR Manager on a freelance basis to support the communications team of a pharmaceutical company. The role involves reputation management, quality assurance of communications, and advising management.

We are looking for a strategically strong personality to support the communications team on a freelance basis as soon as possible.
In this role, you will be the driving force for reputation and the professional interface between corporate management and the public.

- Reputation Management: Implementation and control of PR programs to protect and sustainably strengthen the company's reputation – always considering effectiveness and economic viability.
- Quality Assurance & Approval: Review and final approval of all communication materials (e.g., speeches, technical articles, press releases) to ensure strict compliance with our corporate strategy.
- Sparring Partner for Management: Advice and targeted coaching of executives for confident appearances in front of media and the public.
- Crisis & High-Level Communication: Confident handling of complex or escalated media inquiries to ensure precise and consistent external representation.
- Stakeholder Management: Development of business-oriented PR measures in close coordination with internal specialist departments and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Controlling: Professional leadership and further development of the communications team, as well as monitoring project budgets and timelines.
- Experience: Several years of expertise in strategic corporate communications or in a senior agency role (senior level).
- Leadership Competence: Proven experience in team leadership and coaching of C-level executives.
- Crisis Resilience: Sound experience in handling critical media inquiries and complex communication situations.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan PR measures not only creatively but also strictly business-oriented and economically.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken expression (German and English).
