• Independent professional preparation, structuring, and execution of tender procedures as well as professional processing of related procurement processes
• Professional management and execution of procurement measures for products and services in the context of construction and maintenance measures for energy facilities as well as major projects in residential areas
• Preparation, coordination, and execution of price and award negotiations as well as preparation of well-founded award recommendations
• Professional creation and review of draft contracts as well as preparation of contract awards for final decision and signature by the client
• Professional processing, review, and evaluation of change orders (change order processing)
• Professional processing and coordination of order processes as well as independent monitoring and tracking of delivery and service deadlines
• Project-related professional interface communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Professional and methodological advice to project managers on claim-relevant issues
• Several years of experience in purchasing, ideally in project purchasing, and sound knowledge of contract and award law
• Technical understanding for the specialist purchasing of construction of energy facilities
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially module SAP MM
• Confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills, strong cost and results orientation
