Outside IR35: £400 - £450 p/d
6 months initial contract, rolling extensions from there
Primarily remote, ad hoc travel to client site
The client
A national public body that runs a free, public-facing legal information service. Legal professionals use it every day, and anyone can access it. The amount of content it takes in keeps growing, and the engineering work behind it is growing with it.
You'll join a digital supplier that has worked on the service for more than four years, alongside the in-house team. The supplier already has a lead developer, a Front End developer, a .NET developer and a part time delivery manager in place.
The role
This is a hands-on Python role. You'll be part of the wider team, but you may own a separate part of the service yourself. You need to be comfortable taking a problem, deciding the approach and delivering it without close direction.
