The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling competing demands, recognising when priorities are in conflict and escalating issues when necessary. They will be confident working under pressure and will bring structure and organisation to a complex stakeholder environment.

Above all, they will be proactive and delivery-focused. Someone who does not simply track actions, but actively drives stakeholders, removes blockers and ensures onboarding activity progresses towards successful integration.

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and integration of partner organisations across primary care, secondary care and national programmes.
  • Execute agreed integration plans, ensuring activities, dependencies, risks and milestones are effectively managed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for integrating partners throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Provide partners with a clear understanding of platform capabilities, integration requirements and associated benefits.
  • Track integrations through the onboarding pipeline and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with integrating partner organisations.
  • Liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from technical and development teams through to programme leads and senior management.
  • Understand partner requirements, challenges and priorities and ensure these are communicated effectively to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to keep integrations moving forward.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations where there are competing priorities, dependencies or delivery constraints.
  • Escalate risks, blockers and priority conflicts appropriately, providing clear information to support timely decision making.
  • Manage a busy pipeline of integrations at different stages of the onboarding process.
  • Prioritise workload effectively, balancing urgent partner requirements with wider programme and product priorities.
  • Confidently manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of actions, decisions, dependencies, risks and outstanding issues.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed and integrations remain on track.
  • Remain organised and delivery-focused while working under pressure.
  • Support the execution of engagement strategies and roadmaps to develop and maintain a strong integration pipeline.
  • Engage prospective partner organisations, providing an overview of the service and identifying opportunities for adoption.
  • Support partners in understanding the onboarding and integration journey.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate engagement activity and future onboarding demand.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and integration processes.
  • Identify recurring challenges, bottlenecks and inefficiencies throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to make partner onboarding more efficient, consistent and scalable.
  • Help develop and maintain effective onboarding processes, documentation and tracking mechanisms.
  • Capture partner feedback, requirements and recurring integration challenges through ongoing engagement and account management.
  • Work alongside Product teams to ensure partner needs are understood and considered within future planning.
  • Provide insight to support refinement and prioritisation of the product roadmap.
  • Help balance individual partner requirements against wider service and programme priorities.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of activities and drives work through to completion.
  • An excellent client and stakeholder manager, comfortable building relationships with a wide range of organisations and individuals.
  • A strong communicator who can explain services, processes and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including developers, delivery teams, programme leads and senior management.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and several integrations may require attention at the same time.
  • Able to make sensible prioritisation decisions and escalate appropriately when priorities, resources or dependencies conflict.
  • Able to remain calm, structured and delivery-focused when working under pressure.
  • Experienced in maintaining tracking tools, action logs, shared inboxes and operational management information.
  • Comfortable using Jira and Confluence to manage activities, documentation and delivery.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively across multiple teams and programmes.
