QA/Sampling (m/f) for Automotive Plant Relocation

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an experienced freelance quality engineer, starting immediately, to manage the quality aspects of relocating a new production plant from France to Germany. The goal is successful VDA sampling for the end customer with subsequent follow-up and optimization.

• Takeover and transfer of existing quality documentation into German VDA test planning formats.
• Creation and adaptation of process flow diagrams, FMEAs, and control plans.
• Takeover of test equipment planning, including proof of compliance.
• Practical part measurement using standard measuring instruments and Keyence measuring technology.
• Setup and execution of VDA sampling (PPF) for the end customer.
• Support and execution of process acceptance directly on-site.
• Sound professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry (IATF 16949).
• In-depth knowledge of VDA sampling (PPF), FMEA, Control Plan, and process acceptance.
• Strong hands-on experience in measuring technology (Keyence is an advantage).
• Very good Excel skills for documentation and form creation.
• Language skills: Good English and German language skills for transferring and processing documents (French skills are explicitly not required).
• Nice-to-have: SAP knowledge for later implementations.
