What do you bring?

Due to the high degree of responsibility that this position entails, we are looking for a QHSE Manager with experience in a logistics and/or (food) production environment who can work autonomously, is visionary and communicative, and can think process-oriented with experience in an international work environment and is willing to travel. Advising the (Management) team on QESH-related strategic choices, both requested and unrequested.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Completed relevant HBO/WO education (such as Business Administration, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Food Technology)
• Audit skills and knowledge of standards
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO14001, HACCP, GMP, SMETA standards and food safety
• Thorough knowledge of standards, regulations, and technological insight within can production and the injection molding process
• Relevant experience in change management is a plus
• Experience with project management and process re-design is a plus
• First Aid diploma; experience as head of First Aid is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience with e-learning is a plus (oZone within metal)
• Excellent knowledge of the German and English languages, both spoken and written, some knowledge of French is a plus
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar QESH/KAM role within an industrial or production environment
