• Assistance: You will support people with disabilities and/or mental illnesses in their daily lives
• from basic care to leisure activities.
• Relationship work: You will quickly adapt to new clients and teams and offer professional support.
• Crisis management: Thanks to your experience, you will remain calm even in unforeseen situations, provide security, and support colleagues on site.
• Documentation: You will ensure that colleagues on site are informed about the current status of assistance planning.
• Qualification: You are a state-recognized educator, integration assistant, or qualified nurse (with two or three years of training) or have a comparable qualification, preferably with professional experience in integration assistance (SGB IX).
• Flexibility & Curiosity: You are eager to work with different concepts and people. A new work location is not a stress for you, but an opportunity.
• Attitude: A appreciative, inclusive worldview is a matter of course for you.
• Independence: You quickly familiarize yourself with new structures and are confident in your professional actions.

Do you love pedagogical work but don't want to commit to a single team? Then our Springer Pool for our Fuhlsbuttel-Langenhorn area is exactly your thing! You will support our teams where needed and get to know our residential offerings in Fuhlsbuttel-Langenhorn.

The special feature: You will work exclusively in early and late shifts. This means for you: planning security without night shifts, combined with the dynamics of changing work locations.
