Responsibilities

• Quality-related support of plant and process relocation
• Focus on the preparation of first sample documentation according to IATF 16949
• Analysis, revision, and transfer of existing quality documents from the French plant
• Processing and updating of FMEAs, production control plans, test equipment planning, and measurement and testing concepts
• Transfer of existing content into customer-specific systems and documentation
• Implementation of the entire quality process from incoming to outgoing goods
• Execution of production-related quality checks
• Analysis of the material flow on-site
• Measurement and evaluation of components
• Coordination with internal departments and the end customer

Requirements

• Sound experience in quality assurance and preparation of first sample documentation
• Practical experience with FMEAs, production control plans, test plans, etc.
• Quality pre-planning and process approvals
• Confident handling of measurement and testing technology, experience with standard measuring instruments
• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, and stamping
• Fluent German and English skills required, French skills are an advantage
