• Quality and supplier assessment EMS manufacturing in China
• Ensuring supply security within the agreed quality standards.
• Coordination and technical clarification of scope of acceptance, test criteria, and required quality evidence.
• Conducting product, process, and supplier acceptances at the manufacturer's site.
• Assessment of manufacturing readiness, process stability, traceability, and existing test and quality evidence.
• Analysis of technical drawings, specifications, test plans, measurement reports, and other quality assurance documentation.
• Documentation and risk-based assessment of identified deviations.
• Formulation, tracking, and technical assessment of suitable corrective actions.
• Conducting escalation management for quality or delivery-related risks.
• Creation of technical assessment reports and release recommendations, including escalation of critical issues to the client.
• Experience in conducting supplier, product, and process acceptances in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge in assessing manufacturing readiness, process stability, traceability, and quality evidence.
• Confident handling of technical drawings, specifications, and test plans.
• Experience in risk-based assessment of deviations and in escalation management.
• Very good English skills.
• Ideally, experience in the EMS/electronics environment as well as knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, APQP, PPAP, or VDA 6.3.
• Experience in the Chinese supplier environment and Mandarin skills are advantageous.
