Our client, a leading organization within the investment management space, is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing efforts across critical business and data applications. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on QA professional with experience executing manual test plans, validating complex business processes, and partnering with technical teams to ensure software quality. You'll work with technologies including SQL, PostgreSQL, Python-based testing tools, and enterprise data platforms in a collaborative Agile environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys uncovering defects before they reach production and takes pride in being the advocate for quality. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and product teams while gaining exposure to data-intensive systems within a stable and highly respected organization. Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience

· Strong manual testing experience in enterprise applications

· Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts

· Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution

· Strong SQL skills for database validation and data analysis

· Experience validating data integrity and business workflows

· Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments

· Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

· Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Desired Skills & Experience

· Experience testing financial services or investment management applications

· Exposure to test automation using Python or PyTest

· Experience validating ETL processes or data pipelines

· Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases

· Familiarity with CI/CD environments

· Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools

· Experience with regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
