- Provide recommendations for updating work instructions
- Prepare a guide for quality assurance
- At least 3 years of experience gained in the implementation of BBZ and/or with quality or process improvement within BBZ
- Work experience in the past 5 years with file and quality analyses and the preparation of reports, improvement proposals, work instructions, or quality advice
- Experience in sharing professional knowledge with employees and/or teams
- Minimum HBO Bachelor work and thinking level
