Job description
The project involves migrating from SAP HR ECC 8.0 to SAP HCM for S/4HANA, including data migration and process improvements. The existing SAP BW for HANA system needs to be connected to the new HR software, with existing reports being revised.
Responsibilities
The currently used software for supporting core HR business processes, SAP HR ECC 8.0, must be migrated to the successor software SAP HCM for S/4HANA. The existing personnel data must be migrated. As part of the project planned for this purpose, improvements in business process support are also envisaged. The existing BW system SAP BW for HANA must be connected to the new HR software, existing reports are to be revised and adapted to new functional challenges.
- Creation and maintenance of the QA manual
- Support in the introduction and maintenance of SERA processes
- Review of the quality assurance process
- Verification of the timely availability of all required work results
- Ensuring the participation of all required roles
- Ensuring compliance with test instructions
- Relevant experience and/or qualifications in the field of quality management
- Very good German language skills
Requirements
Good knowledge in the following is desirable:
Start 01.01.2027 – 31.07.2027 with option for extension
114 h per month, of which 28 h per month on-site in Nuremberg – the on-site assignments can be bundled.
Onboarding will take place in December.
Industry knowledge in the public sector or banking/insurance is an advantage.
