Project overview

With energy, knowledge, and pleasure, the team finds solutions for challenging issues of the two municipal governments for which it works.

You are not filling an existing vacancy and certainly not working independently of the organization. As a quality officer, you are structurally attached to the core team Buurtkracht and work closely with the process improvement advisor, the functional administrator, the information manager, and the project leaders of the sub-projects in the Buurtkracht program. You will be functionally managed by the Buurtkracht project leader (Bart) and the social domain team manager (Judith).

1Stroom is the organization that works for the municipalities of Duiven and Westervoort. The municipalities are each independent, with their own municipal council and college of mayors and aldermen. They make their own investment decisions and formulate their own policies.

The approximately 300 employees of 1Stroom work at multiple locations. To facilitate flexible working, 1Stroom has set up special workspaces and provided equipment. Together, the municipalities have approximately 40,000 inhabitants. They can contact their own municipality (or town hall) for a passport, driver's license, or extract. In the area of care and support, residents also remain in contact with their 'own' municipality. This also applies, of course, to social organizations and entrepreneurs located there.

• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum HBO Bachelor's level
• Demonstrable work experience with process modeling software Engage Process Modeller
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience working from the system-oriented approach of the future scenario child and family protection and the youth reform agenda
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience within the social domain at a municipality and/or municipal collaboration organization
• Available for an average of 32 hours per week for the entire assignment, including any extensions, with availability on Mondays due to the weekly core team meeting
• You have demonstrable work experience with setting up a knowledge base and the management process for work instructions
• You have demonstrable work experience with developing an integral assessment and/or working method across different legal domains
• You have demonstrable work experience with process modeling in Engage Process Modeller within the social domain
• You have demonstrable work experience with quality testing of Youth Act and Wmo dossiers
