Your Mission

For an internationally active company in the Consumer Healthcare sector, we are looking for a Quality & Regulatory Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. In this position, you will play a central role in ensuring regulatory requirements and the continuous development of the quality management system for medical devices and dietary supplements. You will work closely with internal departments, external partners, and authorities, contributing significantly to the compliance and quality assurance of the product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements for medical devices and dietary supplements.
• Support, further development, and continuous optimization of the local Quality Management System (QMS).
• Responsibility for operational quality processes, especially in Complaint Management and Change Control Management, in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordination and management of regulatory activities for the market launch and maintenance of market access for consumer healthcare products.
• Point of contact for quality-related, regulatory, and scientific issues within the organization and with external partners.
• Planning, support, and follow-up of audits, certifications, and authority inspections.
• Evaluation and processing of quality and safety-related incidents, including potential reporting obligations.
• Support in implementing further quality and compliance requirements within the company, for example in the GMP, GDP, or GxP environment.

Requirements

Work Location

• Successfully completed studies in Pharmacy, Human Medicine, Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, Quality Management, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in the areas of Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Industry, Consumer Healthcare, or related regulated industries.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements, ideally in the field of medical devices and/or dietary supplements.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• High quality awareness and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated personality with a hands-on mentality and strong teamwork skills.
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and very good English language skills (at least B2).
• A responsible position with diverse tasks and significant scope for action.
