• You will work closely with the manager, the management team, and involved employees.
• You will shape and lead the spatial development and housing program.
• You will fulfill the official client role for housing projects and advise the executive board on housing.
• You will advise the management team on the development and structuring of the program manager role.
• You will bring coherence to the work processes, methods, and agreements of the ORO team.
• You will identify potential improvements and guide their implementation, also in connection with the programmatic approach to the housing challenge.
• You will take responsibility for the housing challenge from a spatial development perspective and develop what is organizationally necessary for it.
• You will support the manager with process management, work organization, and agreements within the team.
• Based on the Contractor's integrity policy, you are obliged to submit a relevant Declaration of Conduct (VOG) to the Client no later than one month after starting work. At the time of submission, the VOG must not be older than two months.
• You will investigate whether structural presence at the client's office is necessary to limit travel kilometers, if possible.
• You will deliver correspondence and advice products digitally as much as possible. If advice products must be delivered in hard copy, these documents will be printed as much as possible on both sides and on sustainable paper (with one of the following certifications; Milieukeur, European Ecolabel, Nordic Swan, Blaue Engel, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the last 9 years with municipal organizations in a leading role or position
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the last 9 years with developing and optimizing work processes
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the last 9 years in the field of spatial planning / spatial project development and/or permitting / supervision & enforcement and/or sustainability
• Have worked in more than 4 organizations for longer than 6 months
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in operationally, tactically, and strategically advising management on organizational issues or a minimum of 1 year as a member of a management team at a group level
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience advising aldermen in their responsibility for portfolios
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience managing advisors or policy officers or project leaders
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience managing employees of an operational department or supervisors or enforcers
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a work process developer or as a communication professional or as a team coach
