Interim Team Manager to oversee daily operations of field service, operations office, and waste management facility, focusing on process improvement and team development.
Project overview
As interim team manager, you will take over the daily management of the field service, the operations office, and the waste management facility on behalf of the manager.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Taking over the daily management of field service, operations office, and waste management facility
- Clarifying and documenting roles, responsibilities, work processes, and consultation structures
- Improving planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Further professionalizing the operations office as central support for execution
- Optimizing the management of equipment, tools, supplies, and logistics
- Promoting collaboration between field service, operations office, waste management facility, and IBOR
- Developing coordination functions so they are less dependent on the manager
- Advising on and implementing a suitable management structure
- Guiding at least two team coaching processes focused on coordinators, area managers, and the operations office
- Working and thinking level at least HBO (higher professional education) level
- Experience with team coaching and guiding culture, team, and change processes
- Experience in a municipal environment, such as with field service, is recommended
- Mastery of the Dutch language
