RDSI and AD and NAS Administration Assistant - Process Optimization

Project overview

PROPULSE IT is looking for a Senior Consultant for assistance with RDSI and office infrastructure administration.

Within an Information System and Cyber department, which is responsible for managing the department's information systems, ensuring the adequacy of IT, office, and telephone resources in line with the DSI Department's recommendations, and ensuring the security and sustainability of business IT tools, the consultant will be required to:

Help with entering and validating office requests through the DigitalK tool

Improve the quality process

Document installations, upgrades, test plans

Assistance with adapting the virtual machine supervision tool (Windows and Linux) Centreon

NAS Administration (Aristote)

Create and manage professional shared resources on the NAS, in collaboration with DSI stakeholders and in compliance with their current rules

Propose simplifications, restrict the number of groups to the essential minimum.

Audit access rights every 6 months in conjunction with referents.

Process requests for space creation, restructuring, space extension, and restoration according to priorities

Ensure follow-up of account and group delegation

Evolve the operating procedure to optimize access rights management, maintain precise documentation

🎯 Profile Sought

Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) type directory administration tools

Proficiency in managing NAS type storage spaces

Administration of Windows 2012 R2 operating systems

Administration of virtualized servers with VMWare

Administration of Linux servers

Configuration of the Centreon supervision tool

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

Awareness of cybersecurity and GDPR required

Web development, PHP and ASP

Knowledge of DBMS

Ability to make targeted modifications to LIPS files (scripts related to Autodesk tools).
