Manage and maintain approximately 200 municipal buildings, including developing maintenance plans, inspecting facilities, and overseeing projects.
Project overview
The assignment includes managing and maintaining approximately 200 municipal buildings.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Prepare and update multi-year maintenance plans (MJOPs)
- Inspect buildings and installations
- Monitor the technical condition of the real estate
- Develop advice on maintenance, estimates, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare and supervise tender processes
- Check planning, budget, quality, and progress on projects and maintenance
- Coordinate and supervise the execution and completion of work
- Manage and update real estate and revision data
- Identify risks and opportunities regarding maintenance, sustainability, and safety
- At least three years of relevant work experience
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) in Construction, Real Estate Management, Facility Management (construction direction), or equivalent
- Familiarity with the MJOP system, STABU specifications, UAV 2015, and applicable environmental, safety, and building regulations
- Work experience with MJOP software, such as IBIS or a comparable package
- Experience with tender processes and contract management
- Possess a B driver's license
