Real Estate Transaction Manager position to be filled at our client in the insurance industry in Basel.

Responsibilities

Your knowledge:

• Independent management of acquisition and sales projects in the Swiss real estate market
• Identification and preliminary examination of suitable properties, as well as preparation of non-binding and binding purchase offers
• Conducting due diligence reviews and property valuations
• Compiling, preparing, and reviewing sales documents as part of the Vendor Due Diligence and setting up the data room
• Tendering and mandating external real estate brokers, as well as preparing committee applications
• Conducting contract negotiations and coordinating with notaries and land registries
• Completed degree in economics, architecture, law, or a comparable field of study
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Transaction Management, real estate consulting, or real estate valuation
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, particularly in direct investments and real estate transactions
• Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Wüest Dimensions and Immopac is an advantage
• Language skills: German, English, and French
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Strong negotiation skills
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
