Manage real estate acquisition and sales projects independently, including property identification, due diligence, valuations, and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Independent management and execution of real estate acquisition and sales projects
- Identification and preliminary examination of properties
- Creation and submission of non-binding and binding offers
- Execution of due diligence and vendor due diligence reviews
- Conducting real estate valuations
- Compilation, preparation, and review of property documents and data rooms
- Preparation of committee applications and conducting contract negotiations
- Tendering and mandating external brokers
- Coordination with notaries and land registries
- Documentation and reporting of transaction projects
- University degree in economics, architecture, law, or a comparable field
- Additional training in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Sound professional experience in Real Estate Transaction Management, Advisory, or real estate valuation
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, particularly direct investments and real estate transactions
- Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Wüest Dimensions and Immopac
- Knowledge of GaraioREM, other real estate tools, and AI applications is an advantage
- Fluent German, English and French at B2 level
