The Reception Control Technician verifies the conformity (physical/documentary) against specifications of received parts during the series life. They apply and maintain the control plans and quality procedures related to reception controls based on events (project/change/series life and problems during series life) and supplier monitoring, based on purchasing specifications. They have the authority to accept or reject parts.
